By accessing or using SavyProp services, including our web application for real estate document processing and data extraction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Our Service provides document upload capabilities, AI-powered data extraction and analysis, automated extraction of lease and sales comparables, property name recognition and smart address resolution, secure storage and organization of extracted data, and private database access for viewing and managing your data.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information, be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter contracts, and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may use the Service for legitimate real estate business purposes. You may NOT upload documents without legal rights, use the Service illegally, attempt to reverse engineer our code, interfere with service operations, or violate any applicable laws.
5. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us a limited license to process and store them. All Service technology, algorithms, and branding remain our exclusive property.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of extracted data, or specific results. The Service does not constitute professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
