By accessing or using SavyProp services, including our web application for real estate document processing and data extraction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
Our Service provides document upload capabilities, AI-powered data extraction and analysis, automated extraction of lease and sales comparables, property name recognition and smart address resolution, secure storage and organization of extracted data, and private database access for viewing and managing your data.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information, be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter contracts, and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You may use the Service for legitimate real estate business purposes. You may NOT upload documents without legal rights, use the Service illegally, attempt to reverse engineer our code, interfere with service operations, or violate any applicable laws.
Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us a limited license to process and store them. All Service technology, algorithms, and branding remain our exclusive property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of extracted data, or specific results. The Service does not constitute professional advice.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

We collect account information (name, email, company details), uploaded documents (PDFs, Excel, Word files), extracted real estate data, usage data, and payment information. We use cookies for authentication and analytics.
We use your information to provide our AI-powered document processing service, extract and structure real estate data, manage your account and subscriptions, improve our technology, and comply with legal obligations.
We do NOT sell your data. We only share information with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing), when legally required, or with your explicit consent. All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Documents are securely processed using our proprietary extraction technology. We maintain full control over processing and ensure data minimization. Your documents and extracted data remain private to your account.
We implement encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls, and prompt breach notification. Your data is stored securely on enterprise-grade infrastructure.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. California residents have additional CCPA rights. EU residents have GDPR rights including data portability and processing restrictions.
Account data is retained while active. Uploaded documents are kept until you delete them. You may request deletion at any time. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

After our AI processes your documents, review the extracted information in the preview screen. You can edit any fields that need correction before saving to your database. This ensures data accuracy.
Access your complete private real estate database with all your properties displayed on an interactive map. Click properties on the map to see full details, or browse through the property list on the right panel. Your data is private and secure.
Use the search bar to quickly find properties by address, tenant, or property name. Click "Filters" to narrow down by property type, size, price range, year built, and more. Toggle between Map View and Table View for different perspectives.
